We had one of the best experiences at a hotel in this city. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcomed. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The location of the hotel was beyond anywhere else we've been, including other Ritz Carlton locations. The view from our room was spectacular, and the breakfast provided was excellent. The staff, especially Mary Jane, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
